Ajwa Dates
Known as the ‘holy date’, Ajwa is a revered variety associated with centuries-old Islamic faith. Grown exclusively in the Saudi Arabian city of Madinah, the dates feature a mildly sweet flesh with a raisin-like texture and dark brown to black skin. Ajwa are often limited in supply, adding to its exclusivity.
Amber Dates
Ambar dates are one of the finest of Madina dates. Ambar is a soft and fleshy dry variety of date fruit from Saudi Arabia. It is cultivated in Madina and is well renowned for its size as it is the largest of the Madina dates. It is amongst the most expensive and also comes in king size.
Mabroom Dates
Mabroom dates are an excellent type of dates characterised by its long form and red colour. The type of dates is considered one of the best quality dates and the best in terms of taste. It has many benefits for health and recommended for the prevention of diseases. They are used in the making of date products because of the productivity offered by the palm trees in addition to the large size of the dates, which helps to produce dates products heavily.
Safawi/Kalmi Dates
Safawi/Kalmi dates are characterised by their dark black colour and its long form and medium size. It is simillar to Ajwa dates in terms of its taste and delicacy.
